Our website currently uses a geo-IP redirect to direct users to the correct locale version. We want to use Crazy Egg to analyze the different locale versions of our website, but it only seems to work with our US version. Can you provide a way for your platform to ingest Heatmaps and recordings across the different locale versions of the website?

Our servers are in the US and have US IP addresses. To create a Heatmap for a page in another country where you have GEO redirects in place based on IP addresses, you can either:
Whitelist our IPs. Contact support for the list.
— OR —
Use our Page Camera tool to create the Heatmap.
Video recordings are not affected by Geo redirects. We will create a recording accurately for any country website you have.
