Here at Crazy Egg, we want customers to be able to share their insights and knowledge with their colleagues or customers easily. We realize you do not always want to make people team members to your account to do this. That’s where Sharing Results come in.
Sharing Results – Step by Step
Here is a recommended process to help you get started.
We will focus on sharing Heatmaps, but note that the share option is available for all features.
Click on the gear symbol to the far right of the Heatmap you want to share. To share a Recording, hover over the Recording you want to share, and the share symbol will appear on the far right. You can also share Results from within the Heatmap Dashboard by clicking Share in the top-right corner. The same holds true for when you are in the Recordings dashboard.
Choose Share Results.
A dialog box will appear, click on Copy to copy the link and send it to a colleague in an email.
