Create a Filter – Step by Step
Here is a recommended process to help you get started.
From the Recordings Dashboard, click on Filters on the right-hand side underneath the playlists.

Select a condition from the list. We have 20 to choose from.

Add the additional criteria for the filter.
Note: You can nest filters as you want by clicking on Add Condition. Depending on the criteria filter you choose, you can and may want to use a Wildcard condition.

Click on the Apply Filters button when you are done.

Saving a Filter – Step by Step
Once you have created your preferred filter, you may want to save it. Here is a recommended process to help you get started.
To do that, click on the Save Playlist icon, provide the playlist name and click the Save Playlist button.

The saved playlist is shown on the right-hand side under the All Playlists dropdown.

Applying a Filter – Step by Step
Here is a recommended process to help you get started.
Under the All Playlists dropdown, you will find your list of the saved playlists.

Click on the filter name you want to apply.

Deleting a Filter or a Tag – Step by Step
Here is a recommended process to help you get started.
To delete the playlist or Filter, simply click the Delete icon.

Once you hit Delete, a small window appears. Note: The delete icon will allow you to delete the filter/playlist.

Click on Yes, and delete the playlist button.

Creating a Tag – Step by Step
Sometimes, filtering is not enough. When you are watching the videos themselves, you might want to tag the individual video for later. Here is a recommended process to help you get started.
When watching a recording, click in the field Add tags to this recording.
Note: If you already have created a tag, you will also have a list of previous tags to choose from when you click in this field.

Start typing what you would like for the tag and click the enter key on your keyboard.
Note: If you want to tag a recording using more than one word, add an underscore _ between the words.

Applying Playlists – Step by Step
Here is a recommended process to help you get started.
Along the right-hand side, you will find the list of recommended playlists.

Select the checklist name you would like to apply.
