How To Create Your First CTA (Call-To-Action)

A CTA (Call-to-action) is a prompt on your website for visitors to perform a specific action. Crazy Egg’s CTA feature lets you easily create and track data on buttons, pop-ups, and bars. You will be able to customize the CTA, set goals for user interaction and conversion, and review engagement data for insights.

Creating a CTA – Step by Step

Here is a recommended process to help you create a CTA.

Click on + Create New CTA then Create CTA.
Note: You can also browse templates for a pre-populated CTA that you can then edit to suit your needs.

Configure your Audience to target those whom you want to see the CTA.  If the basic settings do not work for you, try the advanced settings for the trigger survey with JavaScript.  This will allow your web developers to write code that triggers the script under specific conditions.
