Heatmaps can be deleted in two different ways. Individual Heatmaps can be deleted, or Heatmaps can be deleted in bulk.
You will lose any previously collected data for the Heatmaps when you delete them. We recommend exporting the data before deleting it.
Individual Deletion
Locate the snapshot you wish to delete and click on the gear symbol on the far right-hand side.
Click on “Delete this Heatmap” from the drop-down menu.
A window will appear asking you to confirm. Click “Yes, delete permanently“.
Bulk Deletion
To delete multiple Heatmaps at once, click the box next to Heatmaps to select all Heatmaps. Deselect any Heatmaps you’d like to keep, and then click on the Delete icon at the bottom of the page.
Click “Yes, delete permanently,” and you’re ready!
