There are fiveHeatmap statuses: Scheduled, Running, Completed, and Action Required.
Scheduled – You can schedule snapshots to start tracking at a later date and time. The Heatmap status will automatically change to Running on the scheduled date and time.
Running – This status indicates that a Heatmap is currently active and collecting data on your website visitors.
Completed – This status appears when a Heatmap no longer tracks your visitor data because the end date or visit limit has been reached. This status can also show when you pause your Heatmap.
Action Required – This status displays when there is an error on the Heatmap.
