Our SSO feature is available for our Enterprise-level plans (starting at $499/month). If you require SSO and are on one of our standard plans, please reach out to our support team for add-on options.
The SSO feature can be accessed under the My Account, manage account section.
We only support SAML-based SSO (we don’t support OpenID Connect or OAuth). Please click here for more information on Using SAML-based SSO via Google accounts.
For the SSO integration, add the following information below to your Identity Provider.
- SP Entity ID: https://accounts.crazyegg.com/sso/saml
- ACS URL: https://accounts.crazyegg.com/sso/saml
- Logout URL (optional): https://accounts.crazyegg.com/sso/saml
Name ID
Select format EMAIL, from users’ primary email address.
Attributes
Please map at least the users’ display name or full name to appropriate fields.
(e.g. display_name, full_name, first_name + last_name or given_name and surname).
Case and separators don’t matter. You can map any extra attributes that you want. They’ll be accessible in the provisioning rules.
Next, you will need to get the following information from your Identity Provider and add it to your Crazy Egg account:
- IdP Single Sign-on URL
- IdP Entity ID
- X.509 Certificate
