Exporting a Heatmap lets you get an electronic copy of all or part of your reports. Exports, by default, will include all five reports or only specific reports you select.
Here is a recommended process to help you get started.
Once you have decided which Heatmaps you would like to export, place a check mark in the box to the left of the Heatmap name. Note: We recommend exporting only 25 Heatmaps at a time.
Once you have finished selecting the Heatmaps you want to export, click on the Export icon in the dark blue field at the bottom.
You can now export all five Heatmap reports or only selected ones.
You can choose to email yourself the export, or, by removing the checkmark, download it once it’s ready. You can place any email address in the email field.
Click on the Export Heatmaps button.
Clicking the Exports button opens a new window showing that the Heatmaps are being exported.
Once the export is complete, a blue link will appear, allowing you to download the Heatmaps as a zip file.
You can also download the Heatmap Dashboard as a CSV file. Click the export button in the top-right corner, then click the link at the bottom of the new window.
