The survey trigger for “when a visitor is about to leave the page” is when either of the following actions are detected:
- When the visitor’s mouse moves close to the top of the window.
- When the visitor hovers their mouse (for at least 100 milliseconds) over a link which redirects them to another site.
- On mobile devices, when the visitor scrolls up very quickly 100px or more.
