Welcome to your List Report!
When you create a Snapshot, you have access to five different data reports. The List Report displays all of the elements that have received clicks on your page in a tabular format. This is the most granular of the reports and lets you dive deep into the exact data of your web pages. If you would like to experiment with a List Report while you wait for yours to populate, check out our demo
List Report Tabs and Columns
There are three tabs in the List Report: Visible, Not Visible, and Both. The rows in the Visible tab are clicks to elements that are visible in your Snapshot, which is a screenshot of your web page. Clicks to elements not visible in the screenshot are reported under Not Visible. An example of a non-visible element would be the interior of a drop-down menu or a modal that is only displayed based on a visitor's actions. The Both tab will combine the results of the Visible and Not Visible tabs into one report.
In each tab, you will see the columns: Element, Type, Clicks, and Percent. The information in each of the columns is pulled directly from your website.
How to Use the List Report with the Overlay Report
One of the most effective uses of the List Report is to gain a better understanding of which elements correspond to specific markers in the Overlay Report. Clicking on any visible element names in the List Report will automatically open the marker for that element in the Overlay Report.
Additional Reports
If you'd like to see each of the different elements on your page that are receiving clicks, check out the Overlay Report. In addition to the List Report and the Overlay Report, you also have access to three other reports: Heatmap, Scrollmap, and Confetti. Click through to each report to learn more or check out our quick start guide to get an overview.
