Upgrading or Downgrading Your Subscription

You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time.  Our system will automatically apply a pro-rated credit to annual subscriptions that choose to upgrade or downgrade during their subscription period.

You must be the account owner or have admin-level permissions to modify the subscription plan.

Upgrading your Subscription

Here is a recommended process to help you get started.

Click on the Upgrade Now located on the left-hand side (blue menu).

Select the plan you would like to upgrade, such as “Upgrade to Plus ” (for example).

Clicking on “Confirm Plan Change” will upgrade your subscription to the selected plan.
Note: Upgraded plans are prorated so that you can enjoy your new features immediately!

If you haven’t already entered your credit card details, a modal will appear, allowing you to enter these details before continuing by clicking ‘Confirm Payment Info’.


 Once your payment information is updated, you will be shown a confirming page listing your total for today, any credit applied to your upgrade, and your renewal date. 

Downgrading your Subscription

Here is a recommended process to help you get started.

Click on My Account and then Manage My Account.

Click on the PLAN tab and click on the CHANGE PLAN button.

Select any of the subscription plans or the additional snapshots button.

The same confirmation window will appear to confirm any costs or renewal date changes. Clicking  Confirm Plan Change will downgrade your account.
