Total Errors
This new feature (and report) captures the errors visitors experience on your webpage. These are errors that would be noticeable if you had the browser developer tools open and were looking at the console tab. We listen for these events while creating a video recording of a given individual on your site.
In the Heatmaps Report Dashboard, you will find errors listed if visitors encountered any during the time your Heatmap was tracking data.
You can dig into the details of the errors by clicking on the red card. This will take you to the error detail report.
Clicking on the details button is where the power lies with this report. The details show you all the information you need to reproduce the error your visitors are experiencing. Right down to the very version of the browser they are using.
Clicking View all Errors is the same as clicking Errors on the left-hand side of the blue menu. This will take you to the Errors Dashboard.
