A common question we receive is how clicks are tracked in Heatmap Reports and whether having all three device types in one Heatmap will cause tracking issues.
The quick answer is that there is no issue with tracking all three devices on a single Heatmap. We map clicks to specific elements regardless of device size, so you shouldn’t see any differences between desktop, mobile, and tablet.

If you have low mobile or tablet traffic, we recommend keeping all three devices on a single Heatmap. If you have a high volume of mobile or tablet traffic, we recommend creating a Heatmap for each device type so you can check device responsiveness and see if your visitors are experiencing any UX or UI barriers.
