Canceling Your Subscription – Step by Step

Here is a recommended process to help you get started.

Scroll down the page until My Account shows.  This is located on the bottom left-hand side of the blue menu. This will open a sub-menu underneath.

Click on Manage Account.

Once there, you will be asked to choose why you are leaving.

You will have full access to your results in your dashboard until the end of the billing period. After that, you will need to reactivate your account to access your data.

If you are on trial, your trial will end immediately. Contact sales if you would like to continue on trial.

Cancellation Refund Policy

All paid subscriptions are auto-renewed to ensure your access to paid features is never interrupted. You can cancel the auto-renewal at any time, effectively canceling your subscription.

If you do cancel your subscription in the middle of your billing cycle, you’ll continue to be able to access and benefit from paid features until the end of your billing cycle.

No refunds or credits will be provided for the partially used months of your Crazy Egg subscription, upgrades or downgrades, or unused months with an open account.
