Canceling Your Subscription - Step by Step
Here is a recommended process to help you get started.
- Step 1
- Click on My Account located on the bottom left-hand side (blue menu). This will open a sub-menu underneath.
- Step 2
- Click on Manage Account.
- Step 3
- Scroll down to the Your Plan section in the middle of the page. Click on the Cancel Subscription link (in the picture below, this is outlined in red).
Once there, you will be asked to choose why you are leaving.
Cancellation Refund Policy
All paid subscriptions are auto-renewed to ensure your access to paid features is never interrupted. You can cancel the auto-renewal at any time, effectively canceling your subscription.
If you do cancel your subscription in the middle of your billing cycle, you’ll continue to be able to access and benefit from paid features until the end of your billing cycle.
No refunds or credits will be provided for the partially used months of your Crazy Egg subscription, upgrades or downgrades, or unused months with an open account.
