For Crazy Egg to track data on your Shopify store, you'll need to install the Crazy Egg app from the Shopify App Store. The Crazy Egg app allows you to connect a single Shopify store to your Crazy Egg account. The plug-in automatically installs the tracking code on your Shopify store's pages.
Note: Shopify has special rules around allowing 3rd party scripts on the checkout pages (including the shopping cart). There is one exception to this situation, and that is if you are on Shopify's Plus Plan. This plan allows you to edit the code on these pages (checkout), and you can place our script there. How to Connect Shopify with Crazy Egg
You can follow the steps below or scroll down the page for a quick video guide showing how you how connect your Shopify Store. Log into your Shopify store first and then follow these steps:

- Go to the Shopify App store and search for Crazy Egg, or click here.

- Click on Add App
- Step 3
- Confirm the App installation and click Install App
- Step 4
- If you already have a Crazy Egg account, select Connect existing account and enter your Crazy Egg account email address and password.
Note: If you do not have an existing Crazy Egg account, select Create a new account and follow the steps to sign up with Shopify.

- Enable the Crazy Egg app and click the Save button.
