Is there a way I can organize my recordings?
Answer
You can organize and keep track of your visitor recordings using Tags. Tags let you mark recordings that share specific behaviors and characteristics so you can find them again easily.
Once you save a tag, you can find it in your Recordings dashboard on the right-hand side.
Once you select a tag, your recordings will be filtered to those with the chosen tag. Once you click on a video in the tagged list, you'll be taken to a playlist of recordings made up only of those with the specified tag.
