You can obtain receipts for current or previous payments made in your account at any time. You can also update your billing information details at any time and have your receipt emailed to the main account holder.
Note: You must be the account owner and/or have Admin permissions to view Billing Details and to have the option to email receipts.
Viewing and Downloading Your Receipts - Step by Step
Here is a recommended process to help you get started.
- Step 1
- Click on My Account and select Billing Details.
- Step 2
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Billing History. Select the receipt you would like to view by clicking on HTML.
Note: Selecting PDF allows you to download the receipt.
