Your sampling rate determines the frequency at which your website visitor sessions will be recorded.
Go to Customize Recordings.
Make sure your site’s Recordings are enabled. If they are not, you will see an image like the one below. Click on settings to enable your recordings for your site (domain).
To the right-hand side, you will now have two options for setting your sampling rate across all your website(s) or domain(s).
Remember that recordings are based on your page targeting. Clicking the “Settings” button will open this modal, allowing you to make further configurations.
