I want to identify my visitor’s recordings so we can better support them with our help desk. Can we do this? Can we use email addresses to identify the visitor?
Answer
Yes, with Visitor IDs. We also have an option where you can turn this feature on, and we will apply the email address detected on your website when they complete a survey.
Go to Options –> Advanced Tracking –> and toggle on Automatically Track Email Addresses.
