When you reach your monthly limit of visitors, Crazy Egg will simply stop tracking data until your visits get reset. Visits reset on the first of each calendar month regardless of billing cycle. If you can not wait until the 1st of the month for new visits, you can always upgrade to a higher plan.
Yes, you can exclude your own visits by adding your IP address to the Block list. The Block list can be found under the Options tab for the old dashboard and under the Options section on the new dashboard. IP addresses can be added globally for your entire account or per snapshot.
